Adaptability the key to mastery


Adaptability is the way we adapt to different circumstances or life situations. In this new world order, During and after the coronavirus we need to have that adaptability to be able to fit in this current situation with the challenges and discoveries it offers us.. Chinese sages give it the attribute of adaptability to water, there is an old proverb that says: "Water is the most adaptable there is because it molds to each container". In this sense we need to be like water, changing course without resistance to follow our path.

To achieve adaptability it is necessary to be flexible, gradually changing our routines, our thoughts, our emotions in front of the situations that appear to us. In the following video I address adaptability from the coaching point of view and talk about 4 resources that help us to be more flexible in life to flow with the situations that arise, with little resistance and achieve our goals and objectives.

Changes, in addition to presenting challenges, bring emotions such as fear or anxiety to the mind and heart, these are not bad, Nevertheless, by not accepting the new situation we can stay glued to the emotion until it becomes a state of mind.   Adaptability as a tool allows us new solutions or ways to get out of a problem, or get used to a new way of life.
