A month ago I did the program Reset de Usana and I wanted to talk about my experience to detoxify the body of toxins and acid levels in the body. Start a Monday which I think the best day to start any purpose- and ends on a Friday. During the experience I felt lighter body, dynamism and energy throughout the day and most importantly never felt hungry.
This program is made with malted Nutrimeal, come to Colombia 2 versions: Chocolate and vanilla , plus some biscuits to eat mid-morning and mid-afternoon. Personally I am not very fond of sweet so some of the middle afternoon to or beans roasted tomatoes with a little salt.
Each day also went by varying the flavor of malted, Non bored. The consistency though made with water- It is thick and very good taste – at least invites you to want to take over 5 days- . The kit brings reset for initial phase is important to consume supplements that while the program is. If you start supplements 1 O 2 weeks before making the reset is better.
I recommend malted vanilla, because they can make an infinite number of recipes to not always take the same, especially for five days. I also want to share my favorite recipes. Do or not do the reset you can spend a meal with a milkshake and what better to do it according to what you like best.
Banana Chia
The first to start the day is Banana Chai is malted, which helps increase energy levels with a banana, adding a dash of cinnamon
Ingredients
12 ounces of water
3 Nutrimeal tablespoons vanilla
1 banana
A pinch of cinnamon
A tablespoon of chia seeds
and if you want a smoothie add enough ice
Pina Colada
Pineapple is one of the fruits that exist diuréticas, also it gives an exquisite flavor and malted if you are taking water you can put a few drops of essence of coconut.
Ingredients
3 Nutrimeal tablespoons Vanilla
12 soy milk coconut
A cup frozen pineapple or climate.
Optional Chia seeds
You put it all in the blender and ready.
